Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Reinsurance Placement Coordinator. As a key member of our Marine and Energy team, you will be responsible for coordinating all placement support activities and delivering proactive, valued support within our client teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all placement support activities to ensure efficient and timely compliance with our best practice processes.
  • Monitor key activities and tasks throughout the reinsurance placement process to promote proactive and valued support.
  • Initiate the contract drafting process, updates, and production of Final Contract Documentation.
  • Track placement status of assigned accounts and update information as necessary.
  • Respond to client requests for information, including reinsurer, financial reports, industry issues, etc.
  • Key responsibility for Compliance policies – Sanctions referrals, Third Parties, AML & ABC.
  • Access front-end broking systems.
  • Build a strong relationship with our Service Team and an understanding of accounting, claims, and proportional treaty administration.
  • Contract wording knowledge.
  • Related systems experience in support of placement process.
