About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reinsurance Placement Coordinator to join our team at GB001 Marsh Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all placement support activities and delivering proactive, valued support within our client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with reviews of client renewal information and initiate the contract drafting process, updates, and production of Final Contract Documentation.
  • Prepare submissions, track placement status of assigned accounts, and update information as necessary.
  • Maintain core placement files to ensure we evidence all best practice procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Respond to client requests for information, including reinsurer, financial reports, industry issues, etc.
  • Onboard new clients and markets, and ensure compliance with our policies, including Sanctions referrals, Third Parties, AML & ABC.
  • Access front-end broking systems, monitor, and report on business metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with our Service Team and understand accounting, claims, and proportional treaty administration.
  • Actively participate in team, client, and reinsurer meetings.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • A keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships.
  • Experience of working as a technician within the reinsurance sector would be advantageous.
