Job Summary

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Broker to join our International Property team within our Global Broking Centre. As a Senior Broker, you will be responsible for coordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze client submissions to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Lead quote broking and follow market broking activities to ensure seamless client service
  • Present terms to clients and network partners to drive business growth
  • Record broking activity in market sheets to maintain accurate records
  • Review and finalize Market Risk Certificates (MRCs) to ensure compliance
  • Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients to drive business success
  • Attend client meetings to build strong relationships and drive business growth
