What your role will entail As a Team Supervisor, your diverse responsibilities will encompass:
  • Leading and managing the team operationally
  • Overseeing P&L for the US Casualty portfolio

Essential skills and experience for success
  • Demonstrated experience in the insurance sector with either a Global Broker or Insurer, possessing established market connections
  • In-depth technical knowledge of US and/or International Casualty markets
  • Comprehensive understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
