Key Responsibilities
As a Team Manager, your diverse role will encompass:
  • Leading and managing the operational aspects of the team
  • Accountability for the P&L of the US Casualty portfolio
  • Building and maintaining client and network relationships
  • Ensuring high client retention rates
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Innovating and creating new products
  • Coordinating marketing strategies and managing major accounts.

Qualifications for Success
  • Demonstrated experience in the insurance sector, either with a Global Broker or Insurer, with established market connections
  • In-depth technical knowledge of US and/or International Casualty markets
  • Comprehensive understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
