Key Responsibilities- Broking and Trading: Manage the trading and trading relationships with insurers, analyzing the insurance markets and briefing colleagues as appropriate.
- People Development: Develop, coach, and mentor junior brokers to become the best they can be and to source the best possible broking outcomes for our clients.
- Strategic Account Management: Act as the Strategic Account Broker on our most complex global accounts across product lines.
- Insurance Market Knowledge: Excellent understanding of insurance market dynamics and core processes.
