Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Broker to join our US Energy Casualty team in our Global Broking Centre in London. As a Senior Broker, you will be responsible for placing complex and sophisticated risks into the London market while supporting, mentoring, and coaching less-experienced broking colleagues to produce optimum client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present terms to clients and networks
  • Send confirmation to clients and networks
  • Utilize market knowledge and expertise to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of the US Energy Casualty team and the broader firm

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of market broking experience within the US and/or International Casualty Energy marketplace
  • Strong knowledge of the London market and its nuances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
