About the Job

We are seeking a Sales and Events Professional to join our team at CityWire Careers. As a Sales and Events Professional, you will be responsible for growing our events client base across Europe, representing Citywire at industry-leading events, building strong relationships with current and potential clients, and traveling extensively across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in presenting the benefits of Citywire events to new and existing sponsors, and have a proven track record of growing client bases and generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and event management of Citywire events
  • Representing Citywire at industry-leading events
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing and growing existing client accounts with established commercial partners
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets for specific events and markets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in sales and event management
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team to meet and exceed revenue targets

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and health insurance.
