About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive business growth across our live events Top Drawer Spring and Top Drawer Autumn.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the design, interiors or retail sector, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and managing relationships with key clients.

The role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday, end of year wellbeing shutdown, and a pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve specified sales targets and performance objectives within the sales team.
  • Conduct consultative selling (both telephone and face-to-face) to existing, lapsed, and potential new clients to build relationships and maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation, call management, and relationship building.
