Seeking an experienced Senior Hotel Development Manager for a leading hotel developer in Central London.

Kenna Recruitment is working with a privately owned real estate developer based in the heart of Central London, specialising in urban regeneration through the delivery of student living, residential, mixed use and hotel schemes across London and in other major cities across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Hotel Development Project Manager to be part of a growing business and open up many other career opportunities within the company. The role is based full time in London working on large hotel schemes from 200+ bedrooms upwards. Their typical product sits around 4-5* accommodation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Development Director, land promotion opportunities, and establishing the department.
  • Work closely/co-ordinate with the commercial, production and onboard inhouse design management teams on each individual projects.
  • Generating new business and identifying land opportunities alongside the onboard land teams.
  • Oversee the coordination of planning applications, legal teams, and external partners for project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, prepare feasibility reports, and appoint consultants for development projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and funders, while managing internal project recording systems.

The ideal candidate will be from a strong development manager background within the Hotel space and come from a degree qualified background.

Each applicant must have Hotel experience previously on their CV.
