Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be in charge of organizing and streamlining daily office operations, completing tasks efficiently and professionally. Key responsibilities include:

* Knowledge or experience with CAD is an advantage.
* Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective internal and external communication.
* Provide office guests with a welcoming experience.
* Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
* Interact with IT, phone, and building personnel as needed.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
