Administrative Services Coordinator

This Administrative position is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-paced and collaborative team at beBee Professionals in Maidstone. As an experienced Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have previous experience in an administrative role. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office filing systems and databases.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
