National Account Business Growth Manager

As a seasoned National Account Business Growth Manager at Brakes, you will be responsible for identifying and securing key commercial new business opportunities in the UK. Your primary goal is to drive sales growth and build long-term relationships with clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue high-value commercial new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and pipeline management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations
- Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets in line with industry benchmarks
- Collaborate with the implementation team to launch new business wins and support colleagues as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new business development or national account roles with a successful track record in winning multiple sector tenders
- Excellent customer relationship and rapport-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of key profit levers
- Proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel for presentation and evaluation purposes
