Job Description

The Business Growth Specialist will play a critical role in driving business growth and development within our region. This includes recruiting new advisory firms, fostering exceptional relationships with business owners, and identifying opportunities to increase inflows for new firms.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and inspire a team, and take accountability for success and failure. You will also need to have a deep understanding of the challenges faced within an advisory business and be able to present credible solutions to advisory firms.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, plus bonuses, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit new advisory firms and foster exceptional relationships with business owners
  • Identify opportunities to increase inflows for new firms
  • Develop and agree strategies and plans for panel of target accounts
  • Deliver sign-up and volume in line with Nucleus Uplift targets
  • Establish priority accounts and consider time spend v's value
  • Agree and deliver appropriate activity levels to deliver conversion rate and sales velocity
  • Ensure collaboration and development of target partner accounts within franchise with BDMs to release resource capacity
