About Our Client
Michael Page (UK) is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the Technology & Telecoms industry. With a large team of professionals, we provide exceptional IT support services (including outsourced IT support, telephony/unified comms, business mobile, connectivity, and wifi rollouts) across Glasgow and beyond.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities with enquiry generation support from marketing.
- Build and maintain business relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Coordinate business generation activities.
- Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record in the Technology & Telecoms, IT managed service, or managed print industry.
- Ability to build rapport and form long-lasting business relationships.
- Experience in client relationship management.
What's on Offer
- A competitive salary package of up to £50,000 per annum, a car package, and potential for 100% OTE. This client pays commission on full contract term profitability, opposed to the industry standard of 1st year only.
- Opportunity for your role to evolve into an Account Director position, when your portfolio of clients is built to a certain level.
