We are seeking an experienced Accountancy Specialist to join our team at Puro Accountancy, based in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work with us and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional accountancy services to our clients.



About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality account files and summaries, as well as reporting to managers. They will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals, and assist with the development of junior staff members.



Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to clients and management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and assist junior staff members in their roles, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work within an agreed budget to deliver financial results and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including statutory disclosures.
  • Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the company's objectives.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Experience in accountancy, preferably in an accountancy practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A drive to succeed and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A recognised accountancy qualification, although this is not essential.
