National Account Manager

We're a small award-winning growing translation agency, based in the heart of Glasgow. We provide B2B technical translation services globally. We serve the medical and technical industries with a range of key language services that have had us recognized nationally for our work.
Our mission is to provide our clients with a joyful and easy service by providing them with quality technical translations that help them to reach their business goals with better communication, removing language barriers to create better inclusion and a shared understanding to drive businesses and societies forward.
As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone with assigned leads to build your own pipeline, looking after and taking care of some of our existing accounts, and taking care of our clients and fellow team as if they were your own family.
We'll provide you with ongoing coaching and training to become a high-performing team member, the opportunity to share your skills and experience with other more junior members of our team, and a company laptop and mobile phone.
We're looking for someone who has at least 5 years of sales experience in the localization and translation industry, experience in developing new business, experience managing client accounts, and a positive, makes-it-happen no matter what attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
