Job Summary

The Partner Sales Manager, UK will play a pivotal role in building 4me's business, leveraging the development, readiness, and sales productivity of strategic partners. This role requires a rare combination of market development, program management, and sales expertise. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a regional sales plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with 4me's existing partnership network.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand 4me's growing partnership network.
  • Engage with partner sales leaders and partnership managers to enable partner sales staff to deliver the 4me pitch, manage partner pipeline, and facilitate closing deals through partners.
  • Drive pipeline generation and actively network with potential partners to drive channel-originated pipeline velocity and deal progression to closure.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of business through partnership channels to exceed revenue quotas.
  • Support Customer Success Managers with renewals through partners.
  • Manage and monitor partner enablement, investment in, and certification of partner support staff and implementation consultants.
  • Provide accurate channel sales forecasts to the business on a weekly basis.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of direct selling experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of channel management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of enterprise software sales/channel sales.
  • Previous experience in service management software or working with or for Managed Service Providers.
