About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Partner Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for establishing a business partnering function, working closely with the Product directorate and the senior leadership team to contribute to improving the overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Insight and Data Analysis: Act as a key advisor to the business unit through financial insight and data, helping to continually challenge assumptions and drive business growth.
  • Business Partnering: Partner with senior leadership to define and develop appropriate KPIs for the business, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Business Case Development: Create business cases to support future initiatives within the product department, analyzing investment opportunities and providing recommendations for growth.
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver high-quality monthly management accounts and reporting, including headcount reporting, variance analysis, and appropriate commentary.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Construct monthly budgets and forecasts by project and cost centers for current and future years, including controls around intangible asset accounting.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with relevant PQE.
  • Experience: Proven experience partnering with a Product division would be key, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and business growth strategies.
  • Skills: Outstanding commercial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working in a fast-paced Technology/E-commerce business will be advantageous.
