Olympus UK & Ireland is a leading medical device and technology company, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Specialist to join our Customer Solutions team, covering the North of England.

As a National Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our healthcare IT solutions, including nCare, VaultStream, MedPresence, EasySuite, and integrated operating theatres (ENDOALPHA), at a national level. You will employ segmentation and targeting to identify new business opportunities and manage the sales process from lead generation to successful close, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales lead generation and development
  • Business planning and management of pipeline through CRM
  • Working closely with Project Management team on sales opportunity development, especially for "Turnkey" projects
  • Collaborating with sales colleagues from other business units for cross-divisional opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in field-based technical sales roles, preferably in the Healthcare/Medical Devices sector
  • Experience working on capital integration/infrastructure/Healthcare IT projects with project managers
  • Ability to use standard applications for data processing and analysis
  • Willingness to travel nationally
