Job Summary:The National Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling Olympus' Customer Solutions portfolio of healthcare IT solutions and integrated operating theatres at a national level. This includes employing segmentation and targeting to identify new business opportunities and managing them through all stages of the sales process to successful close.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and develop sales leads
- Manage pipeline through CRM
- Collaborate with Project Management team on sales opportunity development, especially for 'Turnkey' projects
- Contribute to marketing and business strategy development
- Manage Healthcare Professional Experts (HCPEs)
- Work with sales colleagues from other business units for cross-divisional opportunities
- Minimum 3 years' experience in field-based technical sales roles, preferably in the Healthcare/Medical Devices sector
- Experience working on capital integration/infrastructure/Healthcare IT projects preferred
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to present information in a structured and balanced way
- Analytical approach; able to use data to support decision-making
- Naturally collaborative and team-oriented
- High levels of self-motivation and ownership/accountability
- Ability to work as part of a team
