Olympus UK & Ireland is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Specialist to join our Customer Solutions team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base across the North of England.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Lead Generation and Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Business Planning and Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, working closely with the Project Management team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales colleagues and project managers, to ensure seamless sales process execution.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years' Experience: Proven experience in field-based technical sales roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices sector.
- Capital Integration Experience: Experience working on capital integration or infrastructure projects, collaborating with project managers to deliver successful outcomes.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving sales targets.
