About the Role:

Olympus UK & Ireland is a leading global medical device and technology company. We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Specialist to join our Customer Solutions team, responsible for sales of our healthcare IT solutions and integrated operating theatres across the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ segmentation and targeting to identify new business opportunities and manage through all stages of the sales process to successful close.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales lead generation and development.
  • Manage the sales pipeline through CRM and work closely with the Project Management team to develop sales opportunities.
  • Work alongside sales colleagues from other business units to identify cross-divisional opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in field-based technical sales roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices sector.
  • Experience of working on capital integration, infrastructure, and healthcare IT projects is preferred.
  • Ability to use standard applications to process and combine information, and to use data to assess available options and support chosen courses of action.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
