About the Role:
Selectabase Ltd is a forward-thinking company seeking a skilled B2B Revenue Developer to drive sales growth and revenue development. This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will engage with potential business customers, build a robust sales pipeline, and provide cover for experienced Account Managers during absences. Key tasks include making and receiving business-to-business telephone and video calls, supporting Account Managers with daily tasks, and showcasing our products and services with confidence. We expect a consultative and professional approach to sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior sales experience is preferred, but not essential. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven sales professional who can independently meet key business targets and growth goals, while collaborating effectively within a team.

Benefits Package:
We offer a competitive starting salary of £24,449 with an OTE of £28,000+, along with a comprehensive benefits package including a bonus scheme, company pension, free on-site parking, and hybrid working after a 3-month probation period. Salary increases are available post-probation, with a clear progression scale and opportunities for promotion to an Account Manager position (OTE: £40,000+).
