Job Overview:
A Senior Account Manager is needed at NFP Corp to serve and grow a book of Commercial Insurance clients. This includes generating revenue growth opportunities, maintaining positive relationships with clients and insurance carrier representatives, and supporting agency growth by leading, training, and mentoring developing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate revenue growth opportunities by identifying needs for additional lines of coverage and cross-selling internally.
  • Maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, insurance carrier representatives, and NFP staff.
  • Support agency growth by leading, training, and mentoring developing staff.
  • Provide professional and prompt customer service, including phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Determine appropriate actions for account renewals and initiate account reviews with clients.
  • Seek out alternative market solutions that enhance and provide value to new and existing accounts.
  • Monitor financial status of accounts, collect premiums, and adhere to agency collection policies.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Commercial P&C insurance experience.
  • Expertise in managing accounts that generate $5,000 and greater in revenue.
  • Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Intermediate level of experience in agency management system(s).
  • Ability to read, analyze, and reconcile financial reports.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per year,
