About the Role:
NFP Corp seeks a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and develop a team of account managers focused on growing Commercial Insurance client relationships. This role involves generating revenue growth opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting agency growth through staff development and training.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow Commercial Insurance client relationships.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Commercial P&C insurance experience.
  • Proven track record of success in revenue growth and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary:$110,000 per year,
