Partnership Development Manager

Clear Voice is a social enterprise dedicated to delivering language services and making a positive impact on society.
We are looking for a talented Head of Partnerships to join our team and drive the development of strategic partnerships to support our growth and deliver new sources of income streams. This role will involve building key relationships with internal stakeholders, exploring new partnerships with external stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for Clear Voice to develop, diversify, and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard high-value corporate partners that deliver mutual value
- Deliver high-value and high-impact corporate partnerships, personally leading the highest value partnerships
- Develop and execute co-sell plans with major partners to accelerate revenue growth
- Develop a strategic approach to partnership working that creates strong connections
- Drive partner relationship management efforts to maintain and grow existing corporate and other partner relationships
- Line management of the Partnerships Team
- Build and manage the Partnerships strategy
- Manage the execution of business development and commercial brand partnerships
- Build, monitor, and share the progress of pipeline and relationship development, always keeping CRM up to date
This role requires a highly skilled Partnerships professional with strong B2B commercial experience, direct involvement in partnerships and negotiations. The ability to think outside of the box, proven experience in strategic Partnerships roles, and the ability to build client relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships are also required. The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
