Senior Director of Business Growth

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Director to lead our offering to SME businesses across Scotland, delivering high-quality compliance services and supporting our go-to-market activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver a high-quality compliance service to existing SME clients, including unaudited statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, iXBRL tagging, personal tax returns, VAT, and management accounts.
- Assist on our digital go-to-market strategy.
- Build the profile of the SME team and Forvis Mazars in the local market.
**Requirements:**
- CA, ACA, or ACCA qualified.
- Management experience with key clients and a significant portfolio.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of various business models used in different sectors.
- Ability to work well in a team and lead a team effectively, with strong people and time management skills.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
