Job Overview

As a Business Development Manager with Landmark Scotland, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of existing accounts by presenting tailored solutions and services to customers. This role requires strong sales and account management skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively. Experience in the property market is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the account portfolio to achieve growth targets
* Develop an in-depth understanding of customers' needs and maintain excellent working relationships
* Research, prospect, and build relationships with new clients to drive business growth
* Utilize data and intelligence to improve sales engagements
* Foster long-term profitable relationships with customers
* Provide regular reporting on key sales activities to the Sales Director

About You

We are seeking a professional with a background in sales and account management who possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A sound understanding of technology, including CRM systems, is also essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in the property market and be able to structure effective client-focused proposals and deliver persuasive presentations. Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
