Business Support Officer

CMA Recruitment Group, based in Waterlooville, Hampshire, requires an exceptional Business Support Officer to work closely with the Finance Manager.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Xero and be proficient in Excel, including pivot tables.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Manager with accounts administration tasks.
- Process purchase and sales ledger invoices in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Conduct credit control activities via phone and email.
Requirements:
- A strong working knowledge of transactional accounts and finance.
- The ability to maintain attention to detail and communicate effectively with customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
Additional Benefits:
- A generous allocation of 20 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays.
- Free parking available on site.
- A full-time office-based role, working 40 hours per week with flexible start and finish times to suit.
Salary: £28,800 - £32,000 per annum
