Support Team Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Waterlooville, UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and providing accurate information regarding products and services.
**Salary:** £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + performance-related bonuses.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Respond to customer feedback and concerns in a professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
