Office Manager Assistant

The ideal candidate for this Administrator position will have prior experience in an administrative role and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
About the Team- We are a fast-paced and collaborative team that values excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, as well as maintaining office supplies and equipment inventories.
- You will also prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, manage office filing systems and databases, and assist with company events and training sessions.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for this position.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- You must be able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, and possess a professional and friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude.
