- Responsibilities:
- Manage care team workload and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Attend staff meetings, case reviews, and clinical reviews
- Report resident progress and changes to registered nurses
- Support daily living activities and promote independence
- Maintain residents' right of choice, privacy, and dignity
