You will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team with medication management and care reviews, and promoting the dignity and independence of our residents.

To excel in this role, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and experience in clinical care for the elderly. The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,500 - £28,000, reflecting the complexity of the role.
