The Opportunity:
As a Technical Sales Manager at Aggregate Industries, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the introduction of innovative products and lead the charge on building new partnerships that will shape the future of the RMX and Concrete products sectors.
You will work closely with technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery and the integration of new solutions. Your key clients will appreciate your tailored solutions that position you and the company as leaders in sustainable infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities and help us enter fresh markets
- Develop strategies to promote sustainable materials
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Connect with key clients and offer tailored solutions
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive bonus scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and other benefits including enhanced family benefits, free remote GP service, and opportunities for career progression both at home and abroad.
