Global Sales Director

KP Aviation is a leading international supplier and procurer of aftermarket aviation components and assets. As the Inbound Sales Manager - EMEA, you will oversee the performance and growth of the inbound sales team within the commercial aviation parts aftermarket.
The successful candidate will report into the Director of Sales for the EMEA region and be responsible for managing inbound sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
This role requires strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team performance, as well as analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish KPIs and analyze metrics to meet and exceed sales targets
- Mentor and train account managers and customer service representatives
- Develop and implement strategies for managing inbound leads to maximize conversion rates
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the aviation aftermarket and inbound sales operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Salary Range: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum
