UK Corporate Sales Director

CHASE seeks an accomplished professional to fill the position of UK Corporate Sales Director.
This key role is responsible for leading sales strategies in the UK and international corporate markets, driving growth through existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing annual sales strategies for UK and global corporate markets
- Increasing market share in existing markets and identifying new business development opportunities
- Maintaining relationships with key contacts and corporate partners
- Representing CHASE at conferences, trade fairs, and exhibitions
- Recruiting, developing, and directing a team of sales representatives
- Providing direction and coaching to the sales team
Requirements:
- Medical, nursing, or life sciences qualification and/or experience
- Proven ability to sell to healthcare professionals, including consultant surgeons
- Experience selling devices or consumables in the healthcare sector
- Ability to deal with complex product ranges and provide informed sales approaches
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with different levels of the business
A highly competitive basic salary between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum and comprehensive benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
