Sales and Partnership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Manager to join our team at Avidity. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing retailers, establishing new business opportunities, and delivering a business plan focused on maximizing sales.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with our Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute a territory business plan that drives sales growth and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, understanding their needs and local consumers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Deliver on key selling metrics and support colleagues in achieving execution excellence and customer management
- Adopt a full category-based selling approach to grow and develop every outlet
About You:
- You have a proven track record in sales, with experience in convenience, business development, or FMCG
- You possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- You are commercially astute with great negotiation techniques and a strong ability to build relationships
- You are self-motivated, IT and social media literate, and able to work independently
