Senior Partnership Development Manager

As a key member of the Virgin Wines Partnerships Team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers to introduce new customers to our premium wine offerings. This involves negotiating mutually beneficial promotional campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
About the Job:
- You will manage high-profile partnerships with iconic brands, identifying opportunities for collaboration and driving sales through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate promotional campaigns to introduce new customers to Virgin Wines, leveraging your expertise in B2B account management to deliver results-driven solutions.
- You will use Salesforce to self-manage partner databases, ensuring accurate data and seamless communication.
- Maintain individual targets and activity-related KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Account Management, with a proven track record of success in partnership development and account growth.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
