Sales Director Opportunity with The Ninja Group

At The Ninja Group, we are seeking a highly driven and results-focused Sales Director to spearhead new business development and create their own sales empires. As a key leader in our organization, you will have the potential to transition into a Chief Revenue Officer as we expand globally.

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales leaders who want to build something extraordinary from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for scaling sales and expanding your team, taking ownership of building, training, and leading a high-performing sales team.

We offer a unique commission-only or equity partnership opportunity, allowing you to earn a salary that directly correlates with your performance. Our hybrid remote model offers flexibility and work-life balance, with regular meetings and collaboration with our team based in Norwich. This role requires previous experience selling professional services, ideally within the SaaS or professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in professional services or SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategy and execution

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on performance)
