Global Incident Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex technical incidents, ensuring minimal impact on customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop and implement incident management processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT industry, with a focus on technical infrastructure and incident management.
- ITIL certification (practitioner level) and/or equivalent experience.
- Excellent technical knowledge of technical infrastructure (Networks, Firewall, Proxies, Servers Unix/Windows, Oracle Databases etc.).
Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
