Job Description

As a Critical Incident Resolution Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services, you will play a pivotal role in resolving complex technical incidents that impact our clients' businesses. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating the response to critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical support, engineering, and management, to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Developing and maintaining incident management processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Providing expert-level technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve incident management capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Critical Incident Resolution Specialist, you will need:

  • Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and operating systems.
  • Experience with incident management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
