As a key member of the Counter Terrorism Policing team, we are seeking an experienced Police Constable to join our Operations Intelligence Team at the National CBRN Centre in West Midlands.

This is a critical role that plays a vital part in supporting, strengthening and assuring the multi-agency general and specialist response to CBRN Terrorism. About the Role

In this secondment opportunity, you will work closely with UK Intelligence Community Partners (UKIC) to deliver bespoke intelligence briefing products to the UK CBRN community. Your expertise in monitoring relevant intelligence products will inform the CBRN community on current and future CBRN threats.

  • You will use police intelligence indices to inform intelligence products developed by NCBRNC Operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Additionally, you will complete concise and accurate records of operational CBRN incidents, enabling research and evaluation to identify trends, intelligence opportunities and areas for improvement.

Your advice and direction will support partners during the planning of CBRN operations, providing valuable insights and guidance.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in police intelligence and a strong understanding of CBRN Terrorism. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of £43,605 - £51,448 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
