Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Caresoft Global Limited. As a key member of our client experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving client complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client enquiries and complaints in a knowledgeable and courteous manner
  • Introduce customers to our Retailer Network and support them in delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage customer, retailer, and third-party contact through various channels, including telephone, email, digital, and letter
  • Take ownership of cases from initial contact to final closure

Requirements

  • Computer-literate with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction

What We Offer

  • Initial 2/4 week training on-site in Coventry, followed by remote work opportunities
