Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class customer service through clear processes and communication.
  • Liaise with customers, sales teams, and dealer networks to resolve contract adjustments and enquiries.
  • Ensure accurate information is maintained to mitigate the risk of losing contact with customers and our assets.
  • Identify inadequacies in systems and processes, providing solutions and recommendations to improve customer service and departmental performance.
  • Build effective relationships with customers through professional telephone and online contact.
  • Maximise finance sales and ancillary product/service sales.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of new initiatives to improve revenue, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • AS/A level or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Previous operational experience in Customer Services.
  • Experience in a call centre environment desirable.
  • Essential to have knowledge and experience of administering contract hire.
  • Experience in working with Salesforce.
  • Excel, pivot tables.
