Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team at communityni - Jobboard. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding community relations, informing partners of business goals, and aligning organization priorities with partners.

About Us
Human Health Project (HHP) is a global nonprofit dedicated to sharing health information, enabling patients to choose treatments based on evidence-based data. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to HHP's work in Ireland and the US, providing insight on issues of partnership engagement linked to programme success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand HHP partner organizations by engaging with external stakeholders and developing relationships to advance priorities and aims.
  • Align organization priorities with existing or new partners and secure ongoing 'buy-in' for innovations.
  • Secure grant and funding agreements, including partnership agreements and memorandums of understanding.
  • Liaise with charitable funders regarding potential funding towards projects.
  • Project-manage outreach activities and bid development groups to submit high-quality funding applications.

Requirements
  • Experience in partnerships, community engagement, or charity field.
  • Experience in project management and using business planning tools is desirable.
  • Experience in developing financial and resource proposals for new and existing projects is desirable.
  • Willingness to dedicate 1-2 hours per week and attend regular weekly planning calls via Zoom.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
