About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to drive our service operations forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of technicians and support staff.
  • Maintain efficient scheduling practices to meet productivity targets.
  • Ensure high-quality vehicle repairs and timely delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Optimize part ordering processes for On-Time-In-Full delivery.
  • Mentor and train staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive team culture and encourage employee engagement.
  • Comply with company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
  • Analyze performance metrics and financial reports.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: £35,000 - £40,000
  • Regular working hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
