Requirements
- A master's degree in social work is preferred, but a bachelor's degree in social work or another human services field, along with relevant experience, may be considered equivalent.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $59,452 to $69,855 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This position is also part of an approved Career Development Plan, offering career progression opportunities and salary incentives, as funding permits, based on performance, qualifications, and experience.
Working Conditions
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. You will be required to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The job also involves regular home visits, which may take place in less-than-ideal living conditions.
