Family and Networks Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking a newly qualified General Practitioner to join our team as a Family and Networks Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to kick-start their GP career in a supportive environment.
The role will involve conducting surgeries, telephone consultations, and addressing patient queries. You will also have the opportunity to work with senior clinicians, gain experience, and develop your skills.
This fixed-term position until 31 March 2025 offers a competitive salary of £61,000 - £73,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main duties of the job:
- Conduct surgery and telephone consultations.
- Make professional, autonomous decisions regarding presenting problems.
- Assess healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed issues.
- Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
- Collect data for audit purposes.
- Participate in education and training offered by the PCN and practices.
