Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team, supporting individuals at risk of developing psychosis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a caring and compassionate service to individuals who are 'At risk of developing psychosis.'

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team.

As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will work closely with our experienced nurses, support workers, CBT therapists, and psychologists to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a caring and compassionate service for people who are 'At risk of developing psychosis.'
  • Complete assessments with individuals using specialized assessment tools.
  • Hold a caseload of people who fit within the At Risk Mental State (ARMS).
  • Recognize when individuals have exceeded the criteria of the service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse or Professional Registration.
  • Membership of a professional body.
  • Suitable experience in current role Ward/Community.
  • Access to own vehicle and driving licence.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience.
